Employee Long-Term-Care Plan Act; revises Fla. Employee Long-Term-Care Plan Act; requires DMS & Elderly Affairs Dept. to provide for long-term-care insurance through payroll deduction; requires DMS to review proposals; authorizes department to award contract. Amends 110.1227.
