GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Silver
Supervision of Violent Offenders Act; creates "Supervision of Violent Offenders Act of 1999"; increases number of commissioners on Parole Commission; revises criteria for eligibility for conditional release; provides that inmate who has committed any of specified crimes but who has not served at least one prior felony commitment may be subject to conditional release supervision; specifies that certain inmates are to be released under "conditional release" supervision, etc. Amends FS.
