Emergency Medical Services; provides qualifications for licensure as basic or advanced life support service; provides standards for certification of emergency medical technicians & paramedics; establishes criteria for emergency medical services training programs; provides for recertification training of such technicians & paramedics; provides for fees; provides for use & maintenance of records, etc. Amends 401.25,.27,.30,.35; creates 401.2701,.2715.
