Hospices; prescribes additional subjects that must be addressed in rules of Elderly Affairs Dept.; authorizes hospices to contract for physician services; authorizes physician services & home health aide services to be provided through contract; prescribes additional facilities in which hospice services may be provided; prescribes responsibility for care & services of persons admitted to hospice programs, etc. Amends 400.605,.6085,.609.
