GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Banking and Insurance ; Clary

Bail Bonds; revises requirements re bail bond agents; requires discharge of forfeiture with time certain & provides additional criterion; requires clerk of court to set aside forfeiture & discharge bond under certain circumstances; provides for expiration of certain bonds under certain circumstances; prohibits reinstatement of original appearance bonds under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 903, 648.386,.44.
