School Health Services; requires prior written consent of parent or guardian for treatment of child with psychoactive drug through school health services program; specifies form for such consent & its contents; requires that warning, precaution, adverse reaction, & overdosing information be provided with consent form; provides for cancellation of treatment upon certain notice. Creates 381.0058.
