GENERAL BILL

Florida Livery Act; creates said act; provides for vehicle permits, mechanical inspections, exemptions, self-inspection, & chauffeur permits; provides for certificate of public convenience & compliance with federal standards; provides that act is not intended to impede right of contract; provides for enforcement; provides penalties; provides for reporting of traffic crashes, out-of-state vehicle for hire exemption, fees, & fines, etc.
