Orange Airport Auth.; creates & establishes independent special district in said county to be known as West Orange Airport Authority; provides definitions; provides boundaries of said district; provides for governmental body of said district & membership thereof, conferring upon said district authority to acquire, finance, & operate airport or airports, industrial park & commercial park, & such industry, commerce, & business necessary & incidental thereto, etc.
