GENERAL BILL by Andrews
Investment of Public Funds; prescribes guidelines for investments by units of local government; prohibits investments not authorized by local investment policy; provides for continuing education for local officials responsible for making investments; prescribes limitations & conditions on investments of retirement system or plan assets; requires investment plans to adopt investment policy; prescribes requirements for investment of county funds, etc. Amends FS.
