HB 1645: Public Records/Child Death Review

GENERAL BILL by Health Care Services ; Peaden

Public Records/Child Death Review; provides that confidential information obtained by State Child Death Review Team, local team, or panel or committee assembled by either, or by hospital or health care practitioner from any of those entities, shall remain confidential; provides exemption from public records & meeting requirements for specified records & meetings of state team, local team, or panel of committee assembled by either, re child deaths, etc. Creates 383.408.
