Florida Child Death Review Act; establishes child death review teams within Health Dept.; creates short title; provides legislative policy & intent; creates State Child Death Review Team within Health Dept.; provides for appointments to team by Health Secretary; establishes duties for team; authorizes creation of local child death review teams; provides for access to information & records re child deaths, etc. Amends 383.401,.409.
