GENERAL BILL by McKay
Civil Actions; provides for instructions to juries after jury is sworn in; provides for taking of notes under certain circumstances; requires that court require mediation in certain actions for monetary damages; provides for voluntary trial resolution; provides for applicability of offers of judgment & demand of judgment in cases involving multiple plaintiffs; provides criteria under which expert witness fees may be awarded as taxable costs, etc. Amends FS.
