GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Casas

Driving Schools; increases number of times person may elect to take driver improvement course; revises language re driver improvement schools; provides for mandatory basic driver improvement courses & mandatory driver improvement courses; revises provisions re traffic law & substance abuse education program for driver's license applicants; revises provisions re said schools, etc. Amends Ch. 322, 318.14,.1451, 627.06501. APPROPRIATION: $384,956.
