Trusts & Trust Powers; provides for costs & attorney's fees in trust proceedings; provides applicability; requires attorneys to give notice to trustees in specified circumstances; allows courts to adjust attorney's fees when notice is late; revises standards governing when successor trustee is not under duty to institute action against prior trustee or prior trustee's estate. Creates 737.2035; amends 737.306.
