Funeral & Cemetery Services; revises terminology re cemeteries owned by religious institution; defines term "religious institution"; authorizes Banking & Finance Dept. & Funeral & Cemetery Services Board to adopt rules to allow for electronic submission of applications, documents, & fees & to provide for certification of compliance in lieu of submission of documents; provides initial application & renewal fees for certificate of auth. to sell preneed contract, etc. Amends Ch. 497. APPROPRIATION: $115,000.
