Campaign Financing/Political Ads; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H559,171,565) revises definition of term "political advertisement"; eliminates provision that authorizes unrestricted expenditure of funds for purpose of jointly endorsing 3 or more candidates; provides limits on contributions to political parties; revises limits on contributions to candidates by political parties; provides penalties; corrects cross references to conform, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
