GENERAL BILL by Logan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown

Campaign Financing; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H559,171,565) eliminates provision that authorizes unrestricted expenditure of funds for purpose of jointly endorsing three or more candidates; requires reports of committees of continuous existence & political committees to include certain information if majority of committee's contributors share a common economic or other special interest; provides limits on contributions to political parties, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
