Consumer Protection; provides additional information to be included within initial registration statements for charitable organizations & sponsors; prohibits person from acting as professional fundraising consultant under specified circumstances; clarifies provisions re home solicitation sale & buyer's right to cancel; revises license requirements under Fla. Pawnbroking Act; revises provisions re required info contained in disclosure statements, etc. Amends FS.
