GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Drug-free Workplace Programs; provides additional requirements in order for business to be certified as having drug-free workplace & given preference in contracts by state or local governments; requires that ceretain employers in constuction industry implement drug-free workplace program. Amends 287.087, 440.101.
