Auctioneering; provides for examination not prepared or administered by Board of Auctioneers; deletes exceptions from requirement that auctions be conducted pursuant to written agreement; provides for disciplinary action against licensees who fail to account for certain property; provides for recovery from Auctioneer Recovery Fund pursuant to order issued by board, etc. Amends 468.385,.388,.389,.395.
