HB 1753: Health Insurance/Rate Filing
GENERAL BILL by Patterson
Health Insurance/Rate Filing; modifies rate filing requirements for approval of health insurance policy forms by Insurance Dept.; provides guidelines for determining when benefits are considered reasonable re premium charged for purposes of disapproval of health insurance policy forms by department; amends certain provision re payments on behalf of insurer & certain provision re payments to health care provider. Amends 627.410,.411, 626.883, 641.316.
