SB 1754: Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Insurance; prohibits employee leasing representatives from selling certain types of insurance unless they are licensed as insurance agents by Insurance Dept.; provides that certain conditions that are required before insurance coverage is eligible for export do not apply to contracts or policies that procure coverage in geographic area for which Fla. Windstorm Underwiting Association is providing coverage, etc. Creates 626.092, amends 626.916.
