Ethics; transfers jurisdiction over complaints alleging violation of prohibition on postemployment lobbying by certain legislative employees to Legislature; prohibits certain legislative employees from lobbying Legislature for compensation for period of 2 years following legislative employment; extends prohibition against use of inside public information to former officers & employees, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $193,950.
