GENERAL BILL by Juvenile Justice ; Merchant
Juveniles/Prosecution as Adults; provides for juvenile to be prosecuted as adult if juvenile is charged with grand theft in second degree or third degree of motor vehicle & has prior adjudication for grand theft of motor vehicle; reenacts specified provision re state attorney's authority to prosecute juvenile as adult, to incorporate amendment in references thereto. Amends 985.227; reenacts 985.21(4)(e).
