SB 1782: Elections

GENERAL BILL by Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dyer

Elections; deletes procedures for mailing voter registration ID cards; requires that filing fees paid by certain candidates be deposited in Elections Commission Trust Fund; modifies absentee ballot certificates & information that must be included on absentee ballot; modifies instructions to absent electors; moves date for presidential preference primary to first Tuesday in March in each presidential election year, etc. Amends Chs. 97, 99, 101, 103, 104, 105, 106.
