GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Banking and Insurance ; Campbell
Pawnbroking/Secondhand Dealers; requires approval of pawnbroker transaction forms; revises recordkeeping requirements for pawnbrokers to provide that sheriff or director of public safety dept. is designated as central repository for copies of all pawnbroker transaction forms collected by law enforcement officials; provides for statewide system for collecting & accessing pawnshop ticket & second-hand dealer info.; limits scope of certain database searches, etc. Amends FS.
