Department of Health Care; reassigns AHCA to Dept. of Health Care; requires Executive Director of Health Care Administration to be confirmed by Senate; redesignates Dept. of Health as Dept. of Health Care; transfers to Dept. of Health Care powers, duties, functions, & assets that relate to consumer complaint services, investigations, & prosecutorial services that are performed by AHCA under contract with Dept. of Health, etc. Amends 20.42,.43.
