GENERAL BILL by Clary
Certificates of Need; eliminates from certificate-of-need requirements projects involving addition of beds by new construction or alteration or increase in licensed bed capacity; eliminates nursing home facilities from certificate-of-need requirements; eliminates provisions re preferences in certificate-of-need review process for nursing homes in geographically underserved areas, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 408, 430.
