GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Sebesta
Tax on Motor Fuel; allows DOR to permit terminal supplier to report transactions that occurred during previous month in current month without penalty for reasonable cause; provides for refund of tax paid on undyed diesel fuel consumed by engine of qualified motor coach during idle time for certain purposes; defines "motor coach"; provides restrictions on refunds; provides for proper documentation; grants DOR authority to adopt rules, etc. Amends 206.44,.8745,.41.
