GENERAL BILL by Wallace ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Lead-acid Battery Fees; authorizes DEP to use percentage of such fees collected to make grants to fund assessment & remediation of contaminated sites & to provide incentives for recycling facilities for lead-acid batteries & other lead-containing waste products. Amends 403.7185.
