GENERAL BILL by Edwards

Government Accountability; provides that property of state or monetary recovery made on behalf of state is not subject to lien unless authorized by law; provides that certain contracts executed in violation of certain provision are presumed void or voidable; prohibits state employee from holding certain employment or contractual relationships following resignation of such employment, etc. Amends 11.066, 112.3175,.3185, 287.058,.059.
