GENERAL BILL by Ryan

Municipalities/Financial Emergency; authorizes certain municipalities to impose discretionary per-vehicle surcharge on gross revenues of sale, lease, or rental of space at parking facilities within municipality that are open for use to public; provides for use of surcharge proceeds; provides for repeal. Amends 218.503.
