Managed Health Care; (THIS BILL COMBINES H1927,961) requires AHCA to publish HMO report cards; requires preferred provider organization policies which do not provide direct patient access for dermatological services to conform to certain requirements imposed on exclusive provider organization contracts; provides for point-of-service benefit rider on health maintenance contract; authorizes reasonable copayment & annual deductible, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,439,000.
