Public Record/Entertainment Industry; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1766,1928) provides exemption from public records requirements for information held by Office of Entertainment Industry Commissioner re specified information re business activities of private persons, partnerships, or corporations in entertainment industry, when such confidentiality is requested; provides penalty for violation of act; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity.
