Criminal Appeals & Collateral Review; provides standards of evidence for appellate court for purposes of reviewing claim of insufficient evidence; provides standards of review for Supreme Court in determining whether harmless error was committed on appeal; provides that judgment under appeal or collateral review may be used to enhance or reclassify other sentences or dispositions; provides for severability, etc. Amends 924.051, 055.
