GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite
Criminal History Information/FDLE; requires that FDLE provide qualified entities that provide care, treatment, or other services for children, elderly, or individuals with disabilities access to criminal history information; requires dept. to establish database of entities qualified to obtain criminal history information; ratifies National Crime Prevention & Privacy Compact; authorizes Administration Commission to increase positions within FDLE, etc. Amends Ch. 943.
