Fair Pay Act of 1999; creates said act; provides definitions; provides additional duty of Fla. Commission on Human Relations; clarifies provisions re discrimination against individuals in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment which constitutes unlawful employment practice; provides administrative & civil remedies; provides for specified wage disclosure, recordkeeping, & reporting requirements, etc. Amends 760.02,.06,.10,.11; creates 760.105.
