Recreational Resources; requires DEP to establish Recreational Community Assistance Program to provide grant funds to operate recreational resources for use by local governmental entities defined as rural communities; provides for funding grant program from moneys dedicated through general revenue; requires DEP to adopt rules for selecting governmental entities to receive grant funds. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
