Schools/Instructional Technology; provides requirements for school technology plans; requires DOE to develop technology capability thresholds; revises requirements re distribution & use of technology funding; eliminates provisions re technology grants & grant administration; requires dept. to develop plan to increase student access to technology; revises minimum competencies for teacher certification re technology, etc. Amends 229.603,.8041, 231.17; creates 229.604.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
