Emergency Management; prescribes duties of Board of Regents re identifying public hurricane evacuation shelter space on certain campuses; requires submission of capital improvements program; deletes requirement for submission of report; revises provisions re appointment, salary, & direction & control of county emergency management agency director; defines term "emergency management worker", etc. Amends 240.295, 252.38,.385,.51; repeals 252.855.
