Certified Nursing Assistants; requires Health Dept. to maintain, or contract with or approve another entity to maintain state registry of certified nursing assistants; authorizes dept. to contract with or approve another entity to provide examination services for certification of nursing assistants; authorizes dept. to exempt applicant or certificateholder from disqualification from certification or employment; requires dept. to update certified nursing asst. registry, etc. Amends FS.
