GENERAL BILL by Juvenile Justice ; Merchant ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Juvenile Detention; revises criteria for holding in detention of child who is charged with committing offense of domestic violence & who does not meet detention criteria; provides that such child may not be held in secure, nonsecure, or home detention more than specified period unless ordered by court; provides for hearing under specified circumstances when there is request for continued detention, etc. Amends 985.213,.215; reenacts ss. of Ch. 985, 790.22(8).
