Home-invasion Robbery; provides additional offense classifications & revises penalties for home-invasion robbery; provides that it is life felony to commit such robbery in course of which firearm or other deadly weapon is carried; provides that it is first degree felony punishable for term of imprisonment not exceeding life to commit home-invasion robbery in course of which weapon is carried, etc. Amends 775.087, 812.135, 921.0022; reenacts 943.325(1)(a).
