GENERAL BILL by Education/K-12 ; Murman

School Instructional Materials; defines term "adequate instructional materials;" revises references from DOE to Education Commissioner re selection & adoption of instructional materials; requires that each student be provided instructional materials; requires school districts to purchase said materials in core courses within specified time; requires district school board policies to include policies re lost or damaged books, etc. Amends Ch. 233, 229.512, 230.23.
