Digital Television & Education Act; creates "21st Century Digital Television & Education Act"; provides legislative findings & intent; creates 21st Century Digital Television & Education Task Force; provides membership & duties; provides for report; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for personal or real property purchased or leased for use in operation of television broadcasting station that meets specified criteria, etc. Amends 212.08.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
