SB 2108: Driver Improvement Schools

GENERAL BILL by Horne

Driver Improvement Schools; increases number of times that person cited for certain violations may elect to attend driver improvement school in lieu of court appearance; deletes provisions authorizing chief judge to establish requirements for location of such schools within circuit; provides qualification requirements for driver improvement school; provides educational requirements for instructors or teachers for such school, etc. Amends 318.14,.1451, 322.0261.
