Hurricane Loss Mitigation; creates Hurricane Loss Mitigation Clearing Trust Fund; specifies moneys to be credited to fund; requires appropriation of moneys in fund; provides purposes; specifies uses of such moneys by specified officers & agencies; requires State Board of Administration annually to transfer specified amounts from Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to Hurricane Loss Mitigation Clearing Trust Fund, etc. Creates 215.559; amends 215.555.
