GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; Lee
Medicaid Program; (THIS BILL COMBINES S2124,2022) authorizes AHCA to develop certified-match program for Healthy Start services under certain circumstances; creates "Medicaid Estate Recovery Act" & provides legislative intent; provides that receipt of Medicaid benefits creates claim & interest by AHCA against estate; specifies claim's class standing; provides circumstances for nonenforcement of claims, etc. Amends Chs. 409, 641, 733.
