Prison Industries Trust Fund; creates said trust fund & provides for its administration, for sources of moneys & purposes for which they may be used; exempts trust fund from certain provisions; provides for carryover of balance from one fiscal year to next; provides that trust fund is not subject to certain provision of State Constitution & that certain funds are to be deposited into said trust fund rather than Correctional Work Program TF. Amends 946.512; creates 946.522.
