GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Workers' Compensation; revises provisions re special requirements for compensability under Workers' Compensation Law to provide that certain injuries suffered by specified law enforcement & correctional officers shall be deemed to be injuries arising out of & in course of employment. Amends 440.092.
